Landscape Construction: Skilled Labourer

We offer:

• $25-$35 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Operating various power tools and  equipment such as skidsteers and mini excavators 
• working as part of a crew on municipal landscape projects
• completing projects efficiently and professionally
• performing labour duties as needed
• planting trees, shrubs and laying sod
• loading trucks, finish grading, working around utilities, etc.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of landscape experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation to and from work
• Can take direction and manage tasks independently.
• Ability to perform physically demanding manual labour, in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Experience with grades and elevations, site layout an asset
• Experience laying pavers and building retaining walls an asset
